Porrello Program
Attended Rick Porrello's program at Mayfield Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library. Interesting presentation on Cleveland's mob history. He also talked about his experience having his book turned into a movie. Bought a copy of SUPERTHIEF and had him sign it. Glad I went.
GMPL PROGRAM
On Sunday, forty people attended my Rum Run program. I gave a PowerPoint presentation on Prohibition local history and how it relates to my book. It was good to see many familiar faces amongst the audience. The Grafton-Midview Public Library staff provided rum cake and virgin pina coladas to set the Prohibition mood. I bought 3 boxes of Girl Scout cookies- two fold purpose to supply cookies for the event and support the scouts. GMPL has been very helpful and supportive of me.
Vermilion Library News
Vermilion's Ritter Public Library's director has contacted me to do a presentation for them in October. I am excited as Vermilion plays heavily in my book. Thank you, Janet F., I am looking forward to doing the event.

My next presentation and signing will be at Grafton-Midview Public Li
